Applicants should be aware that any domain name that is
registered will be registered in the name that you specify
in your order.
However applicants should also be aware that Future Web Services
domain name registration services do not provide any validation
or endorsement of the right to use a
name.
Responsibility for ensuring that the applicant has due title
to the domain name rests with the applicant. Future Web Services
assume no liability in this regard. Please note that Domain Names and directly associated information/documentation
will be treated as public information.
Please note that we no longer take on domain registration contracts unless the client is also taking out a hosting account with us. In the event that you change hosts in the future you must make arrangements to transfer your domain away from us too.
1. Warranty
I warrant and undertake to Future Web Services that
no statement, representation or information given concerning
domain name registration:
(a) is or is likely to be misleading or deceptive or to otherwise infringe the
fair trading legislation in the United States, United Kingdom/Great Britain,
Australia, Canada, New Zealand or South African law; or
(b) is at all defamatory, in breach of copyright, trademark, third party's contractual
or tortious rights or other intellectual or industrial property rights of Future Web Services or any third party; or
(c) is otherwise in breach of any provision of any statute, regulation or rule
of the United States, United Kingdom/Great Britain, Australia, Canada, New Zealand
or South African law.
(d) is otherwise in breach of any provision of any statute, regulation or rule
of the country you are making this application from and/or are resident in.
2. Indemnity
I acknowledge that Future Web Services relies on the warranties
set out in clause 1 in providing me with service. I hereby
agree to indemnify Future Web Services, its employees, servants
and agents against all losses or costs (legal or otherwise),
liabilities, claims or proceedings whatsoever arising as a
result
of any breach of the warranties set out in clause 1.
3. Cancellation & Refusals
Future Web Services may at any time and without notice to
me cancel, reject, or refuse to register my Domain Name without
any reason for such rejection
or refusal at any time.
4. Payment
I agree to and understand that Future Web Services will bill
me directly for registration charges or other appropriate domain
registration institute
charges. In most cases payment for domains must be made in advance. Renewal of domain names is due 60 days prior to the domains expiry date. Failure to renew your domain could result in your domain being available to be registered by another party
